Two years ago today we adopted this little creature from Puerto Rico via Buddy Dog Humane Society. Though she’s pathologically territorial, demanding in ways only a true dictator can be, and suffers from separation and general anxiety, I love her in ways I can’t even comprehend. Bringing her into our house wasn’t even a decision. She just willed it into action and we are thankful everyday. I am wrapped around her tiny paw.
