Yesterday it was Coffee Oreo. And while I had ordered an adult small, I still ended up with a pint of homemade ice cream shoved into paper cup. The kids both got kid-sized servings, but they weren’t considerable smaller than what I received.
Out of the dozens of flavors offered at Kimball Farm here in Carlisle, I think I’ve tried 6 and none of them disappoint (although my husband has encountered an odd flavor here and there). Nobody, and I do mean nobody, can beat their strawberry frappe with chocolate ice cream – a frozen treat I was never able to get off the east coast.
They just opened at the beginning of the month and we’ve already been 5 or 6 times. It’s going to be a long summer…
